Yanlord Shishan Village Hotel (Banyan Tree), Suzhou
BIM Consulting · Hotel · Huqiu District, Suzhou, Jiangsu

The Suzhou Yanlord Shishan Village Hotel covers 29,190 m² underground, 26,100 m² above ground and 18,000 m² of outdoor grounds, divided into zones A, B and C — all multi-story concrete frame structures. The Banyan Tree Shishan adjoins Tianshi Lake and leans against Lion Mountain: natural landscape meets an oriental aesthetic of ultimate simplicity. Drawing the waterscape of Shishan Park into the hotel, it creates a poetic literati mountain-water garden — within the city, yet offering the tranquility of mountain forests.
