A new teaching complex with a partial one-level basement and four above-ground floors plus a gatehouse, for 35 classes — a modern, well-equipped primary school for surrounding communities. Moka precast walls are built from modular Moka blocks interlocked and stacked per module, reinforced and grouted to structural requirements — typically used for exterior envelopes, with self-insulation, waterproofing and fire resistance.
