Plot 92-01 is one of the five pure-residential plots of the Baoshan Nanda Smart City Nanda Road Station TOD development, west of plot 91-01. All buildings have stilted first floors and full pedestrian-vehicle separation; a central green and sunken courtyard sit at the community center, with planned public green adjoining to the west. As part of the 'dual TOD' layout, 92-01 will grow in synergy with the planned 250 m commercial landmark tower into a modern composite community of quality living, ecology and urban retail.
