On April 22, the Changsha Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued the Ten Measures of the Changsha Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau on Supporting the Innovative Development of Flexible Intelligent Production and Intelligent Equipment Industrial Clusters. These measures were issued by the government to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions on “developing new quality productive forces in line with local conditions,” and in accordance with the work requirements set out by the provincial government in the prefabricated building industry doubling plan—which calls for providing “one-enterprise, one-policy” assistance to leading enterprises—and in the Hunan Province Implementation Plan for Promoting Large-Scale Equipment Renewal and Trade-In of Consumer Goods (Xiang Zheng Fa [2024] No. 5).
The release of the ten supporting measures reflects the strong support of Hunan Province and Changsha City for smart construction and the prefabricated building industry, as well as their concern for related enterprises. SANY Construction Technology will take advantage of this favorable policy to help intelligent equipment undergo “digital-to-smart transformation,” realizing flexible intelligent production of components and parts; vigorously promote the implementation of public building and affordable housing projects in Changsha, fully demonstrating the advantages of SPCS—“hollow walls and columns + equivalent heterogeneous structures + tooling fixtures + in-plane operations”; and promote the coordinated development of new-type building industrialization and smart construction.
