Recently, the award list of the sixth “Zhijian Cup” Smart Construction Innovation Competition, which has drawn wide industry attention, was officially announced. The entry submitted by our company, “In-Depth Application of BIM Technology in the Plot 07B-02 of Unit BSP0-0301, Panjing Community, Gucun Town, Baoshan District Project” with its outstanding technical innovation, practical value, and industry demonstration, stood out among numerous entries and successfully won theSilver Award in the Construction Category! This honor is not only a high recognition of our technical strength by industry authorities, but also a tremendous encouragement for the team to keep delving deeper into the field of smart construction.

Previously, this project had already won multiple honors, successively receiving theThird Prize of the Project Case Award (Building Construction Category) at the 7th Shanghai BIM Technology Application Innovation Competition, and the Third Prize at the 4th “Xinchengjian Cup” International BIM/CIM Application Competition (Building Engineering BIM Construction Category). These many accolades are not only the fruitful results of the project team’s concerted efforts and meticulous work, but also the industry’s high affirmation of our company’s exploration and practice in the in-depth application of BIM technology, fully demonstrating Shanghai Zhuwei’s deep accumulation and leading strength in the fields of smart construction and BIM technology application!

In the Plot 07B-02 of Unit BSP0-0301, Panjing Community, Gucun Town, Baoshan District project, we applied BIM technology throughout the key links of the entire process, including design and construction. Through core applications such as 3D modeling, integrated M&E pipeline optimization, and collaborative management, we effectively resolved pain points in the traditional construction model such as information silos, pipeline clashes, and low construction efficiency, greatly improving the refined management level and engineering quality of project construction and building a solid technical foundation for the high-quality advancement of the project.

The “Zhijian Cup” International Smart Construction Innovation Grand Prix is an authoritative international competition jointly hosted by the Macao Digital Construction Association (International), the Macao Building Information Modeling Association, the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling, the Urban Architecture Society of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Hong Kong), buildingSMART International Hong Kong (the Hong Kong chapter of the international organization buildingSMART), and the Hong Kong Construction Assets and Environmental Information Management Alliance. With the core mission of promoting and popularizing smart construction technologies such as Internet Plus, big data, blockchain, BIM, and CIM, the competition is committed to driving the deep integration of next-generation information technology with the construction industry, playing an important leading and driving role in accelerating the digital transformation of the construction industry and supporting its intelligent upgrade.
