Recently, the 4th “New Urban Construction Cup” International BIM/CIM Application Competition and the 6th “Gold Standard Cup” Selection of Outstanding Achievements in BIM/CIM and Energy-Saving Applications have successively announced their winner lists. The project submitted by our company, “In-Depth Application of BIM Technology in the BSP0-0301 Unit 07B-02 Plot Project of Panjing Community, Gucun Town, Baoshan” stood out in fierce competition thanks to its advanced technical concepts, in-depth practical application, and remarkable practical value, and respectively won the “Architectural Engineering BIM Construction Group Third Prize” and the “BIM Construction and Energy-Saving Achievement Group Third-Class Achievement”.


The “New Urban Construction Cup” & “Gold Standard Cup” are highly authoritative and influential international competitions in China's smart city development and construction digitalization fields, attracting many top enterprises from home and abroad to compete on the same stage.
lThe 4th “New Urban Construction Cup” attracted 1236 participating organizations, with a total of 1641 entries submitted. Our company's entry stood out and won the Third Prize.



lThe 6th “Gold Standard Cup” saw even fiercer competition, with over 1000 participating organizations and as many as 2565 submitted entries. Our company's entry stood out and won the Third Prize.



Winning honors simultaneously in two such high-profile and highly demanding competitions marks industry experts' strong recognition of our company's BIM technology application capabilities, and fully demonstrates that our profound strength in digital applications within the building construction field has reached a nationally leading level.
The award-winning Panjing Community, Gucun Town, Baoshan BSP0-0301 Unit 07B-02 Plot Project is a benchmark project through which our company puts digital transformation into practice and builds a smart construction site.
