In order to implement the relevant requirements of the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Construction Industry and the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technology (Trial) (Shen Fu Ban Han [2021] No. 103), and to further standardize and guide the contract management of building information model (BIM) service projects in our city, the Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau has completed the compilation of the model text of the Shenzhen Construction Project Building Information Model (BIM) Service Standard Contract (2024), which applies to BIM services throughout the full project life cycle. It is hereby issued for relevant organizations to refer to and use. The electronic version of this model text can be searched for and downloaded from the official website of the Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau.
