To further clarify the key points for calculating the prefabrication rate of prefabricated buildings in our city, standardize the calculation methods, guide the application of prefabricated building technologies in projects, and promote the development of prefabricated buildings in our city, and entrusted by the Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, our Center has, in accordance with the Detailed Rules for Calculating the Prefabrication Rate of Prefabricated Buildings in Chongqing (2023 Edition), completed the compilation of the Interpretation of the Detailed Rules for Calculating the Prefabrication Rate of Prefabricated Buildings in Chongqing (2023 Edition) (hereinafter referred to as the Interpretation). With the approval of the Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, it is hereby issued. Relevant units are requested to refer to and implement it in light of actual conditions. The former Interpretation of the Detailed Rules for Calculating the Prefabrication Rate of Prefabricated Buildings in Chongqing (2021 Edition) (Trial) (Chongqing Construction Technology Center [2021] No. 35) is hereby repealed at the same time.
