Recently, jointly hosted by the Shanghai Green Building Association and the Shanghai Building Information Modeling Technology Application Promotion Center, the “2025 Shanghai BIM Technology Application and Development Forum” was grandly held. As a highly influential industry event in Shanghai’s BIM field, the forum also announced the list of winners of the 7th Shanghai BIM Technology Application Innovation Competition. The case “In-Depth Application of BIM Technology for the 07B-02 Plot of Unit BSP0-0301, Panjing Community, Gucun Town, Baoshan District Project,” jointly submitted by Shanghai Fuyu Real Estate Co., Ltd. together with Shanghai Zhuwei Architectural Technology Co., Ltd. and the Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, stood out for its solid technical innovation strength and significant practical application value, winning the Third Prize of the Competition’s Project Case Award (Building Construction Category)!

Shanghai BIM Technology Application Innovation Competition, as a high-level competition with broad influence in the national BIM field, has always been committed to promoting the deep integration and application of BIM technology and fostering innovative industry development. This edition of the competition focused on full-lifecycle BIM integration and technological innovation. After rigorous formal review and expert evaluation, a batch of representative, replicable and promotable outstanding achievements was finally selected.
