[Good News] Two of Our Prefabricated Detailed Design Projects Selected as the Third Batch of Prefabricated Building Demonstration Projects in Guangdong Province

Good news! According to the announcement by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province (Yue Jian Announcement [2020] No. 87), the Huanggang Middle School Xinxing School Phase II Project and the Huineng Primary School Phase II Project, for which our company provided detailed design, advanced side by side and were both named among the Third Batch of Guangdong Province Prefabricated Building Demonstration Projects.

Huanggang Middle School Xinxing School Phase II


Huanggang Middle School Xinxing School is located in Xinxing County, Yunfu City, and is Huanggang Middle School's first branch school in western Guangdong, covering an area of more than 220 mu, with a total floor area of about 160,000 m². The Phase II project has a total floor area of about 42,000 m², of which the prefabricated building area is about 12,000 m². The prefabrication rate of the towers is all 51.34%, meeting the Guangdong Province prefabricated building standard.

Huineng Primary School Phase II


The Huineng Primary School Phase II project is located in Xincheng Town, Xinxing County, Yunfu City. The project has a total floor area of about 17,000 m², with a prefabricated building area of about 14,700 m². The prefabrication rate of each tower ranges from 73.58% to 79.10%, qualifying it as a Class AA prefabricated building. This project is currently the prefabricated PC building in western Guangdong with the highest prefabrication rate and the widest variety of precast components used, and it is also the first PC building to use prefabricated shear wall components.


BIM Technology Application


Both projects used BIM technology to build 3D building information models. The 3D models are more intuitive, allowing clash conflicts to be checked in advance and construction risks to be avoided. At the same time, based on the traditional construction drawing design, factory-oriented process design was added, refining components and connection nodes, striving to achieve informatized design, refined components, and standardized construction.

Beiying Experimental School is located in Xinxing County, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 50,369.60 m² with a planned total floor area of 58,496.88 m². Three student dormitory buildings adopt prefabricated construction, with a prefabrication rate of 52.34%, meeting the Guangdong Province prefabricated building standard.

Kunpeng Primary School is located in Yun'an District, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, where 1 teaching building and 2 student dormitory buildings adopt prefabricated concrete construction, with a prefabrication rate of 52.34%, meeting the Guangdong Province prefabricated building standard.
