BIM Engineer (Civil Engineering)

Job Description:

1. Technical secondary school diploma or above in architecture, structural, or other construction engineering-related majors;
2. Proficient in BIM modeling, detailed design, construction guidance, and other work, and able to skillfully use relevant BIM software;
3. Candidates with more than 2 years of BIM project implementation experience or on-site construction experience are preferred;
4. Strong learning ability;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, team awareness, and professionalism

Application Requirements:
1. Carry out BIM technical planning according to project needs, including early-stage design scheme optimization, as well as construction simulation and quantity take-off applications during the construction phase;
2. Responsible for creating and maintaining BIM models for the civil engineering discipline, and following up on BIM work progress;
3. Responsible for quality management of BIM deliverables, including stage checks and delivery checks, and organizing the resolution of existing problems;
4. Participate in building the company's BIM civil engineering technical management system, in the formulation and revision of BIM technical regulations, and supervise implementation;
5. Complete other work assigned by superiors.

BIM Engineer (M&E)

Job Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for creating BIM (M&E) models;

2) Participate in BIM design work for projects from the scheme stage to the construction drawing stage;

3) Participate in BIM technology applications such as M&E pipeline coordination, 3D simulation, bills of quantities, walkthrough animation, BIM drawing output, and green sustainable design;

4) Use BIM technology to complete project optimization design and coordination work;

5) Participate in establishing BIM standard component libraries, template file customization, and other work;

6) Complete tasks assigned by superiors on time and accurately;

Qualifications:

1) Associate degree or above from a full-time institution, majoring in construction engineering-related fields; HVAC, water supply and drainage, electrical, and other related majors are preferred;

2) More than 3 years of BIM design or construction project experience;

3) Candidates with BIM project management experience are preferred;

4) Proficient in BIM-related software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Rhino, and Ecotect;

5) Good communication skills, upright character, and a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.

BIM Engineer (Technical Supervisor)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete the construction of the BIM building information model based on the project's construction drawings;

2. Assist the project leader in task allocation and identifying key and difficult points, and participate in the summary of drawing issues;

3. Participate in BIM design work at all stages of the project, and assist in completing BIM-related work such as clash detection, M&E pipeline coordination, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in architecture, structural, water supply and drainage, electrical, HVAC, or related majors;

2. Solid professional foundation, with expertise in architecture, structural, and M&E disciplines, and the ability to read construction drawings and build models;

3. More than 3 years of hands-on BIM project experience;

4. Proficient in software: Revit, Navisworks, Lumion, 3dmax, Twinmotion, WPS, PS, and editing software

5. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong judgment and analysis skills, logical thinking, and management and coordination abilities, as well as a strong sense of dedication and responsibility.

BIM Engineer (Technical Director)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for internal BIM technology research, practice, promotion, and popularization within the enterprise;

2. Responsible for applying BIM technology in the preparation of bid documents during the tendering stage;

3. Responsible for full-process BIM services for projects during the construction stage;

4. Responsible for building the BIM talent pipeline;

5. Compile and improve the department's BIM technical implementation standards;

6. Cooperate with other departments to complete work.

Application Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in construction engineering-related majors;

2. Experience in the operation and management of construction enterprises, with excellent business management skills and keen insight into the construction market;

3. Conceptual knowledge of BIM and project management knowledge;

4. Excellent negotiation skills and good communication abilities;

5. Candidates with BIM business experience are preferred.
