Recently, in the 13th "Longtu Cup" National BIM (Building Information Modeling) Competition, the project "In-depth Application of BIM Technology in the Design Stage of the Welfare Home on Plot C2d-03 and the Community Health Service Center on Plot C2d-04 in the Zhangjiabang Wedge-shaped Green Space", jointly designed by Shanghai Pudong Development (Group) Co., Ltd., Tongji Architectural Design & Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Zhuwei Architectural Technology Co., Ltd., and with the competition materials compiled and submitted independently by Shanghai Zhuwei Architectural Technology Co., Ltd., won the Third Prize in the Design Group. This achievement adds another national-level honor to Shanghai Zhuwei Architectural Technology Co., Ltd.
The 13th "Longtu Cup" National BIM Competition was hosted by the China Graphics Society and carried out under the guidance of the China Association for Science and Technology, the China Academy of Building Research, and Tsinghua University, among others. It is one of the BIM application competitions in China with the largest number of participating projects and the greatest influence.
To date, the new construction project for the community health service center on Plot C2d-04 of the Zhangjiabang Wedge-shaped Green Space has won multiple BIM technology application honors, including the Third Prize of the 13th "Longtu Cup" and the Third Prize of the 6th "BIM Technology Application Innovation Competition".

With its superior geographical location and abundant ecological resources, Plot C2d-04 of the Zhangjiabang Wedge-shaped Green Space provides ideal conditions for the construction of a new type of community hospital, aiming to improve the overall health level of the community and enhance residents' sense of well-being.
As the basic unit of the healthcare system, community healthcare plays a crucial role in the tiered diagnosis and treatment system. With the change in health concepts, community hospitals are not only places that meet residents' basic medical needs, but also a key force in driving the transformation of the medical model from "treatment-centered" to "people's health-centered".
This project aims to create an innovative healthcare-and-elderly-care community embodying the spirit of Pudong's development, and to shape a distinctive ecological healing campus in the Zhangjiabang Wedge-shaped Green Space.
