To implement the spirit of the National Conference on Housing and Urban-Rural Development, promote the application of smart construction technologies throughout the whole life cycle of engineering projects, and accelerate the transformation and development of the construction industry, we have organized the drafting of the Smart Construction Technical Guidelines (Draft for Comments) (see attachment) and now solicit comments from the public. Relevant organizations and members of the public may submit feedback before November 30, 2024 through the following channels and methods:
