Notice of the Shenzhen Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau on Publishing the Typical Case Studies of the 2024-2025 Shenzhen Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technology Application Engineering Projects
To all relevant organizations:
In order to implement the requirements of documents such as the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technology (Trial), and to accelerate the in-depth application of BIM technology in construction projects, our Bureau organized the 2024-2025 BIM technology application pilot declaration work. On the basis of independent declarations by the various organizations, and after document review, expert evaluation, and public announcement, our Bureau determined that five projects, including the “Longgang District Baolong East Area Plot 04-10,” are Typical Case Studies of the 2024-2025 Shenzhen Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technology Application Engineering Projects, and hereby publishes the list (see the attachment for details). All project lead organizations are requested to actively cooperate with our Bureau in carrying out BIM achievement sharing, experience exchange, observation and learning, and case compilation.
This notice is hereby issued.
