In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for Guangzhou’s Smart Construction Pilot City (Sui Fu Ban Han [2023] No. 13), in order to promote Guangzhou’s smart construction pilot work, after extensive research and data collection, combined with the Notice of the General Office of MOHURD on Printing and Distributing the Smart Construction Technology Guideline (Trial) (Jian Ban Shi [2025] No. 14) as well as the current status and trends of smart construction development in Guangzhou, our bureau has compiled the Guangzhou Smart Construction Technology List (Version 2.0) (see attachment, hereinafter referred to as the “Technology List”).
The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Scope of Application

In Guangzhou,relevant enterprises engaged in production and business activities such as survey and design, construction, precast component (modular box) production, O&M, building smart equipment, or building technology services.

Construction engineering projects within Guangzhou.
Part.2
Application Requirements

The technologies in the Technology List are classified into three levels: Basic, Standard, and Leading. Basic-level technologies are relatively fundamental technologies in the smart construction field. Standard-level technologies are more advanced than basic-level ones and can be prioritized for adoption in smart construction. Leading-level technologies represent the current cutting-edge and innovative technologies in the smart construction field.

Relevant industry associations are encouraged to include the application of the Technology List as a selection criterion when evaluating and awarding prizes for engineering projects and enterprises.

Municipal infrastructure projects are encouraged to actively reference and adopt relevant technologies from the Technology List.

After the official issuance of this Technology List, organizations that apply smart construction technologies not listed in the Technology List, or that have questions about its content, may contact our bureau for feedback. After evaluation, our bureau will update and publish the Technology List content in a timely manner to further enhance the city’s smart construction technology level.
